Ashleigh left this morning for TTU
Kirsten left a few days ago for chile
Sonny has more trips than i can count and a band he loves
Kristin moved away and is happy
Sarah has a new boyfriend which trumps everything
Emily is changing in the most positive ways and i'm so excited for her
but i feel like i'm being left behind this summer,
which is strange because i'm the one doing the leaving come August
Stephanie told me her biggest fear is being left behind,
i'm beginning to understand what she meant.
I love my job and i love working, but my evenings are usually spent alone
I know everyone is busy with their own stuff and it's completely
irrational for me to think everyone can drop their "stuff" just for me
but sometimes i wish they would...

NY was amazing! i had sooo much fun! i managed to stay out of most of the drama (however i did have people mad at me for something that i didn't know about till the last day) but that's cleared up now i think *ha* apparently i was supposed to check with someone if it was ok to hang out with someone else.. ashley did not know this! o-well it was awesome! spent most of the days with one michael finster and all of my lunches and nights with the girls =) so all-in-all it was really fun. phantom was awesome and so was stomp, except for the middle where michael randomly asked me if i thought one of the guys in the cast was hott *haha it was hilarious* my room was raided a few times by certain boys so that was interesting (especially when abe came and jumped on me while i was in bed the first night) and poor lauran was stalked by chris all week, and rachel never succeeded at "the plan" i however, did very well at "the plan" =) i got to hang out a lot with my regular friends and a lot with kids i don't usually hang out with so that was pretty cool too. i missed ashleigh a ton (sidenote - she's gonna be my successor next year!!! so excited!!!) and i missed blake and walker a bit too i guess *ha* but honestly i had so much fun with michael and with the girls that i didn't really ever get home sick. it was probobly the 2nd most amazing trip of my life (second to africa) but yeah if you get it by now it was incredible and i will NEVER forget it =)

the window is closing, and i'm not going to stop it.
New York is a big city, and i'm ready to be lost in it
I have my friends to get lost with me, what else do i need?
